The tenant will be required to pay for the cost of the preparation and execution of the tenancy agreement to be prepared by the landlord’s agents. The cost will be £150 plus VAT.

OUTGOINGS: The Tenant will be required to maintain the property in a reasonable and tenantable condition, and will be responsible for the interior decoration during the tenancy and maintaining the garden.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Applicants on Housing Benefit or any other support from Local Authority will not be considered. No smokers. Pets would be considered at an additional charge of £10 per pet per week. The tenant will be liable for half the reasonable emptying costs of the septic tank.
