Less than a minute’s walk away is the 33 bus service into Reading centre & station and 3 minutes walk away is the 17, a 24-hour bus service. Travel time into Reading is approx 20 mins. Access to the M4 is 5 minutes away at Junction 12 where there is also a retail park with a large Sainsbury's and Ikea as well as other stores.
Local shopping is a 5 minute walk away at the Tilehurst Triangle with a good range of shops, banks food shopping and amenities.
