AGENCY FEES

We also require a non-refundable processing fee of £75.00 for each individual applicant, £100.00 for a company application and £25.00 for a guarantor. This covers the processing of the tenancy application including all financial credit checks, obtaining references and other information to assess affordability, identity, immigration and visa confirmation, contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy.
