Letting Procedure and Lease
A Non-Refundable Holding Fee equivalent of the tenancy administration is required to hold the property during the application process. If your application is successful and we are able to proceed with the tenancy, this amount will be deducted from the balance due on the date of occupancy. Should the application be unsuccessful you will not be refunded the amount of the tenancy application administration (£265.00) as the holding fee is taken to protect the Landlord against any loss of rent, should you fail to move in to the property for any reason other than an unsuccessful application, no monies will be refunded.
Please be advised: If you have been with your current employer for less than 6 months you may be required to provide a guarantor for your tenancy. Deposit / Non-Deposit - you are given the option to pay a refundable deposit the equivalent of one months' rent or a monthly non-refundable non-deposit indemnity of £15.00pcm.
The tenancy is available on an initial seven (7) month Assured Shorthold Tenancy with the possibility of renewing at the end of the period. The cost of the tenancy application administration is £265.00 for single occupancy.
