Directions - From our office take the A39 to Penryn and at Treliever roundabout keep right onto the A394. Turn right immediately after the shop in Rame, and at the crossroads turn left. This will take you straight into Carnkie. Go past the telephone box and chapel on the left hand side and after the row of bungalows on the right you will see a green double sign saying public footpath and public bridleway. Turn right here (it looks a little like a driveway) and turn right at the top. The cottage can be found on the left hand side.
Letting - This property is available to rent long term on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Rent is £600 pcm and the deposit is £700 refundable at the end of the tenancy less any agreed deductions.
