The properties are ideally suited towards second year plus students at Staffordshire and Keele University. There are 18 suites in Wesley Suites which are in clusters between 3-4 suites to a kitchen. There are no additional charges for the laundry which will save you around £300 per year.
There is 400mbps internet connection into the property and newly upgraded internet network.
The student accommodation is only a 14-minute walk to Staffordshire University and Stoke Train Station. Stoke town is only around the corner where you will find Sainsburys, Lidl, Iceland, Heron Foods and The Works Canteen. If you`re a Keele student there is a bus stop just a 14 minute walk from the property where you can catch the number 25 bus which comes every 10 minutes and takes around 30-40 minutes to get to Keele.
There is on street parking on which is covered by CCTV and has a lockable gate.
We think that keeping our properties maintained is crucial that`s why we employ a full time maintenance manager and junior maintenance team who are available 9am-5pm week days. Also, during out of hours issues there is a 24/7 security team.
Types of rooms: Single rooms (single bed) for £100 per week including bills, Standard rooms (4ft double bed) £105 per week including bills and Deluxe rooms (much bigger than a standard room) £115 per week. There is a 4% discount for anyone who pays their years accommodation upfront.
Rental payments are split into three instalments of equal amount to coincide with student loan payments. Types of contracts:43/51 week contracts available however if you have a specific term in mind please enquire. Reservation fees: £100 which is refundable on the final rental invoice providing that there are no late payments. Deposits: £200 held in the Deposit Protection Service and is refunded at the end of the tenancy providing that there are no late payment charges or damages to the property.
