We require a form of identification such as driving licence, passport or birth certificate for each applicant.
Acceptance of this application does not constitute an offer of a tenancy, and references will be taken up with your employers, accountants and previous landlord if applicable.
On receipt of satisfactory references and landlord approval you will be offered a Tenancy. You will then be required to pay the first month's rental amount and a deposit which is generally the equivalent to 6 weeks rent however this amount can vary depending on the size of the property. The deposit will be secured for your protection. This final amount needs to be in cleared funds into our bank account or by Bankers Draft or Building Society cheque. We do not accept credit cards.
