Situation - The property is located at the very centre of Port Isaac, a thriving and picturesque fishing village. In years gone by it was a busy fishing port with a myriad of narrow streets and traditional cottages arranged around the beach and harbour, protected from the Atlantic Ocean by two stone quays. The village has a good local community and offers a range of local facilities and amenities catering for day to day needs including doctors surgery, primary school, public houses, excellent restaurants plus a local bus service to nearby towns. More extensive facilities are available within the market town of Wadebridge which lies approximately eight miles away where there are a range of facilities including comprehensive shopping, banking, schooling and recreational amenities.

Passing through the village is the South West Coastal Path offering an array of scenic walks along the spectacular coastline whilst approximately six miles to the south west lies the lovely Camel estuary and the sailing centre of Rock, with the harbourside town of Padstow lying on the opposite shore of the estuary. There is a mainline railway station connecting to London Paddington via Bodmin Parkway, whilst Newquay airport further down the north coast offers a number of domestic and international flights. Access to the A30 is gained at the former market town of Launceston, some twenty miles away. This connects the cathedral cities of Truro and Exeter. At Exeter there is access to the M5 motorway network, mainline railway station serving London Paddington and international airport.

Directions - From Camelford take the A39 Atlantic Highway heading South towards Wadebridge. At the hamlet of Knightsmill turn right signposted St Teath, following this road to a T junction at West Down, taking a left hand turn signposted Port Isaac. Continue along this road for approximately half a mile taking a right hand turn sign signposted Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. Follow this road down to the bay at Port Gaverne and up into Port Isaac. The property can be found along Fore Street above the Krab Pot Cafe.

Tenant Fees - When applying to rent a property through Stags there will be a Tenant application fee of £216 (£180 plus VAT) for the first applicant plus £180 (£150 plus VAT) for each applicant thereafter.
