Previous Tenants Comments
"I just wanted to let you know that I loved living in the house, it felt so nice and homely. And thanks again for being such a great landlord!" - Julia
"I felt so welcome walking into the house to find the welcome pack you left for us and the helpful instructions you left us for setting up our bills. The house is in a great condition, its miles better than any other student houses I`ve seen. The new furniture you added over the summer is great making the lounge really homely. Also, thank you for setting up the TV with free sat in order for us to get good reception. I have found the house to be in a great location, with both Asda and Sainsbury`s round the corner, town a short walk away and the buses into uni are frequent. It`s great to know you`re the other end of the phone should any problems arise. " - Lisa
"Really nice house in a great location close to town. Nicely sized kitchen and good living room. Landlords are great! No need to go through agents as they are quick to respond if there is ever a problem. Very understanding and helpful. Fully returned deposits and reasonable price for rent and bills. " - Loren
"Thank you very much for all your hard work over the last year, it was much appreciated. It was extremely helpful to know you were always a phone call away if I ever needed any help or had any problems at the property. It was also great to know that Sally Hatcher estates were available if 24/7 if I was not able to reach you. The house was of a brilliant standard for a student property and I would happily stay with you again if circumstances permit. I will be recommending you to all of my friends who are just starting their searches for properties." - Luke
"I lived in 15 Mary Green Walk from Sept 2010 - July 2011 and think that it is a fantastic house. Every room in the house has good quality furniture and the little touches added by Peter made it feel like a home, rather than student accommodation. The house is also in a great location as it is only a 5 minute walk into town and so close to Asda. Peter is an excellent landlord. If we ever had a problem he would get back to us within a couple of hours (at the latest) to let us know that he has arranged for the problem to be fixed. Peter has gone over and above what I had expected any landlord to do and throughout the year I have had no problems or concerns whatsoever and I am sure you won`t either!! " - Lynne
"We all appreciated the effort made by the landlord over the summer months to ready the property. Peter was at the property to welcome us in as we arrived, and to pass on any important information which we would need to know. A `welcome pack` consisting of all of the essentials (washing up liquid, batteries, light bulbs, food and of course a bottle of wine!) was provided by the landlord. This made us feel especially welcome and meant that we did not have to rush out and do a shop at the local supermarket!" - From the tenants at 15 Mary Green Walk, 2013/2014"
"Just wanted to say how happy we all are with the house! It was really considerate of you to leave a welcome pack - it`s everything we could need. The house itself is great; especially for the re-modelling of the downstairs you did over summer. It`s so much nicer than any other student house`s we`ve been in. And it`s in a great position for shopping and even the walk up to uni isn`t half as bad as we thought it would be. Also thanks for always being there via text or phone or email. It`s good to know we can just get in contact immediately if we need anything. " - The guys at Mary Green Walk 2011-2012
