There is central heating. The kitchen has, apart from the basics, an electric cooker and hob, a washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The lounge has the availability for television, as well as internet (the tenant must arrange this). There is a suite with a sofa and two separate easy chairs. In addition there is a table and chairs. The well-proportioned bedrooms, apart from beds, have desks, book cases and wardrobes. In the bathroom there is a bath/shower and toilet.
Each student will need to:
1) Pay a deposit (5 weeks rent)
2) Pay an agency fee (1 weeks rent including VAT)
3) Provide a guarantor
