This is a perfect rural retreat whether you are staying for a weekend, a week or longer. With thick stone walls, tiled floors and a wood burning stove, the property oozes history and charm.

The village of Ramsden has a friendly local community spirit, and no doubt after a few trips to the local and renowned Royal Oak pub and restaurant, you will be welcomed into local life and treated as a native. Tucked away in the countryside with lots of Cotswold char,. you have all the benefits of a countryside lifestyle, but withing easy reach of Oxford, Bicester, The Cotswold's and Stratford-upon-Avon.

ACCOMMODATION:

Discreetly positioned behind a tall beech hedge, you enter Butler's Stall through a wooden gate and along a cobbled path leading up to the front door.

Ground Floor:

Farmhouse style kitchen with dining table and chairs for four, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and fridge.
Living room furnished with leather sofa, easy chair, wide screen TV and wood-burning stove.
Bedroom one is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom two is a single bedroom with wardrobe.
Family bathroom with bath, shower over bath and sink.

The property is heated using oil central heating with radiators in each room.

OUTSIDE AND PARKING:

The front and rear gardens are surrounded by fence and hedging and are child friendly. There is lawn and garden area to the front and to the rear of the property. There is off street parking available for two cars.

LOCAL AREA:

Butler's Stall is situated just a few minutes walk to The Royal Oak pub which has an excellent reputation for both food and for a casual evening or day time drink.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY:

Between April and September, there is a minimum six night stay. Shorter stays may be available in between bookings.

Short Break Pricing:

Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:
- 3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.
- 5 nights: 85% of the weekly rate.
- 6 nights: 100% of the weekly rate.
