There is a large games room which has a wall mounted TV and seating area with sofas, a music area, table football, a fridge and a selection of board games. The games room can be used for additional sleeping to accommodate a further 2/4 people. A patio door leads straight to the garden. With its industrial feel, cool lighting and amazing wall art, this room is perfect for entertainment.

The Garden
The unique, fun design extends outside into the large garden area. The space is tiered into three separate areas. The large sand pit, which is called Shark Island, is the perfect place for little ones to have fun. There are lots of fun things to find here in the garden, including paddle boards, buckets and spades, balls and even a table tennis table. All perfect for having fun and enjoying your holiday by the sea.
The gate at the back of the garden opens onto steps that lead straight onto Sandbanks beach, with 8 miles of golden sands for everyone to explore and enjoy.
