Situation - Harmony Barn is situated approximately 1 mile from the village of Harberton, 10 minutes drive from the market town of Totnes. Totnes is a bustling market town full of interest and with a range of independent shops and recreational facilities. Directions - This is a ten minute drive. On entering Totnes take the A381 (towards Kingsbridge) also known as the Western By-Pass.
After 1.8 miles you will see a right-hand turn for Harberton. (If you reach Harbertonford you have gone too far!) Turn right at the Harberton sign and drive for 0.5 miles to a T-junction. At this T-junction turn left towards the village of Harberton.
You will be driving on this road for 1.2 miles. It will take you through the village and out the other side, uphill for a while, downhill for a while, over a small bridge and then uphill again and eventually you will reach a crossroads called Eastleigh Cross (The name is on the post). Turn left here. Overleigh is 0.2 miles from the crossroads. It is the third entrance on the right. First you will pass Homeleigh Cottages, then High & Thatch Barn. You will see a sign for Overleigh mounted on a stone wall at the next opening. Overleigh is a large yellow farmhouse surrounded by stone barns.

Turn right through the stone pillars and park the car LOOK OUT FOR THE ROW OF BOULDERS park in front of them. (The courtyard is pedestrian only).
