Terms

An Assured Shorthold Tenancy will be prepared.  The principle terms will be:

  • Term: Initial one year term, followed by opportunity for renewal subject to all parties agreement.

  • Deposit: Two months deposit will be required in advance and will be held in accordance with the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
