Today, Directors Julian and Jeremy Caldwell remain actively involved with every aspect of the business to ensure that consistently high results and unrivalled customer service continue to be maintained. They both live locally and each have worked in estate agency for over 30 years.

    We actively and very successfully market homes throughout the south of the New Forest from our central and extremely busy High Street location. Our success in the immediate area as well as within the forest villages is not only because we are so passionate about living here, but also because we accept the fundamental need to be based in the bustling centre of Lymington where its extensive range of shops, facilities, banks and other professional services attract the higher footfall and greater numbers of able and willing purchasers than we could ever hope to meet in any of the surrounding areas.

    Whilst the majority of houses undoubtedly sell to people with local connections, there are a significant number of buyers who are attracted from further afield through active marketing to a wider audience. These should never be underestimated. This is where our Mayfair Office comes in. Situated in Thayer Street, W1 in the heart of London's West End between Oxford Street and Marylebone Village, Mayfair Office handles our national advertising and PR. Our London team is skilled in property marketing and enables us to offer unbeatable local knowledge supported by all the benefits of a West End agency. As well as being a London showcase for our property, our colleagues in Mayfair Office excel in securing valuable national PR on our clients' properties in titles such as The Times, The Telegraph, The Evening Standard, etc. Their contacts with property journalists in the national media have been very well developed over the past 20 years. Mayfair Office is also a leading advertiser in all the major national newspapers, and magazines such as Country Life and Horse & Hound. Their large buying power enables them to pass on significant discounts to our clients. This regular exposure of property to a wider national market through editorial features and national advertising is an ongoing process which generates property enquiries from buyers who will probably not be registered with other local estate agents.     At Caldwells, our staff and Directors work as a close-knit team meaning there is a seamless handover between staff from the initial viewing to agreeing a sale and attending the property on completion. The quality of our staff and their backgrounds ensure we can deal with clients from all walks of life with interests ranging from sailing to riding, golf and walking. This is all part of the package to effectively helping people choose the right home and location to retire to or to bring up a family.

    Julian Caldwell FNAEA - Director
    Julian and his brother Jeremy launched Caldwells in 1996 and have moved the company from strength to strength over the last 21 years. Julian lives on the outskirts of Lymington with his wife Janet  and their numerous animals. They have two grown up children.

    Jeremy has covered a full spectrum of property sales from country houses to land transactions. He is passionate about the business and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism within the framework of estate agency. He has two grown up children and lives in Everton with his wife Roz and their two dogs.

    Sandy joined Caldwells in 2014 and manages the office covering all the day-to-day administration as well as the marketing and brochure creation. She lives locally with her husband Jeff, her son Elliott and their two cats, Rex and Bear.
