Situated just 2 minutes from Barbican Tube Station and nestled on a quiet street, you'll still have the benefits of relaxed and quiet study time while being super well connected!

Most London university and college campuses within easy reach, so getting to lectures couldn't be easier. City University London is just a 13-minute walk and UCL, LSE and Kings College London are just 15 minutes by tube.

Life at Therese House is fun and friendly - get cosy with a film in our TV snug or get to know other residents in our common room equipped with TV, games tables, study space and comfy seating plans.

The friendly on-site team are there to help you make the most of student life in London, from helping you around the area as well as day-to-day issues. All utility bills, as well as 50MB broadband and Wi-Fi are included in the rent so you'll have no worries!

Our en-suite rooms are arranged in apartments of 4 or 6 and each have their own private bathroom and large communal kitchen/dining area with a flatscreen TV.

Rooms each come with a small double bed and mattress (double bed in studios), a desk with pedestal and study chair and plenty of smart storage including shelving and a wardrobe.

The room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. All en-suite rooms have access to a communal kitchen with the apartment which offers a larder fridge, 4 ring hobs, combination microwave, single oven and flat screen TV.

For properties in Wales, the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents can only charge tenants the following permitted payments

Holding deposits (a maximum of 1 week's rent);
Security deposits;
Where required, utilities (electricity, gas or other fuel, water, sewerage), communication services (telephone, internet, cable/satellite television), TV licence;
Council tax (payable to the billing authority);

Tenant protection

the redress scheme they are a member of; and
the name of the approved or designated Client Money Protection scheme they are a member of (if any).
