Planning Permission (Application Number TA11/02433) has just been granted for this property in respect of a conversion to a two bedroom residential unit.
Nb. A portion (4m long) of the Sunday School, together with the adjoining double garage is in a different ownership (John Nicholls Funeral Director) and is therefore not included in the sale. All of the remaining land to the east of the double garage is included in the sale.
To the east of the double garage is a grassed area and the car park which has a frontage to the main road of 19.5 by a maximum depth of 11.5. The car park will accommodate 8-9 cars.
