    The Nelson Inn has enormous potential. It is currently trading seven days a week but evenings only from Monday to Thursday. The present owners serve very little food. The Nelson is positioned on the roadside of one of the major routes into Ludlow from the West Midlands, making it ideal to add bed and breakfast trade as well. We understand from the present owners, who have traded at The Nelson for approaching 25 years that there are no ties with any particular brewery.

    Presently on the ground floor there are two bars with a central bar servery. In the public bar a pool table and juke box are included in the sale as well as all the usual furniture. There is also a rear store room and three freezers and a fridge are also included.

    There is a studio with kitchenette and an ensuite shower room which has a separate access from outside.

    Outside there is a patio area with a smoking area, a car park for a maximum of 20 cars and a beer garden. Also outside there is a storage room with storage space above.

    If any further development in the area takes place the Local Authorities preferred site is closeby and any enquiries should be made with Shropshire Council.

    From Nock Deighton's Bullring office proceed down Corve Street and outside Tesco turn right at the traffic lights into Station Drive. Continue to the top of Station Drive and turn left into Gravel Hill. Carry on to the top of Gravel Hill and turn right into Henley Road. Continue to the roundabout and cross straight over. The Nelson is on the right hand side.
