TERMS
Our client offers simple and straight forward leases making entry to the site quick, easy and inexpensive. The units are available by way of new full repairing and insuring leases for a term and at a rent to be agreed.

Tenants are responsible for their own rates. The rates payable are detailed on the schedule of available accommodation unless they have not been assessed.

There is also a modest service charge to cover the cost of maintaining the estate roads,
common areas, lighting, security, etc.
