BACKGROUND TO ALLANWATER HOMES

Established as a family owned business in Stirlingshire in 1980, our property development projects were concentrated mainly on renovating older properties into residential apartments. We then successfully expanded into light industrial and commercial developments and the healthcare sector, operating as a care home provider until we sold the company in 2006. With our extensive operational experience we now continue to provide turnkey facilities to major operators and institutional investors.

We have always been prudent in our selection of developments and as a result have steadily grown in the residential and commercial property sectors. With the volume and diversity of the business increasing, it was decided in 2007 to establish Allanwater Homes, a distinct company within the Allan Water Developments portfolio with its own clear brand identity, under which all residential projects would be managed and marketed.
