The location of Crowborough enables easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and London. With Gatwick Airport approximately 25 miles away and Tunbridge Wells just 8 miles away.

This attractive market town is sited on one of the highest locations in Sussex with spectacular views of the surrounding Weald countryside.The 80 mile Weald Way Walking Trail just west of the town and Ashdown forest, originally a deer hunting forest in Norman times, and known the world over as the home of Winnie the Pooh make this area a walker’s heaven. Another famous resident of Crowborough was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author and creator of Sherlock Holmes, a statue has been erected in his honour in the town which was designed and cast in bronze by the international sculptor David Cornell.

Crowborough boasts a range of shops catering for all day to day requirements including a Waitrose supermarket and a monthly Farmers Market. By contrast The Pantiles is a charming historic part of Tunbridge Wells with a lovely mix of old and new, there are antique shops, garden shops and a number of cafes, restaurants and pubs offering a warm welcome to the weary shopper.
