Driving directions

Exit the M5 at junction one, at the roundabout take the A4252 signposted Smethwick. Continue straight on and at the second roundabout, take the first exit onto the A457 Tollhouse Way signposted Birmingham and Cape Hill. Follow the A457 straight on past Smethwick Rolfe Street station, go straight over the lights, then turn right on to Baldwin Street and the development is in front of you.
