Overview

LANDMARK PLACE EC3

Landmark Place EC3

Lying within the boundaries of Roman Londinium, Landmark Place is a development of 165 one-bedroom suites, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Bounded by three of the landmarks which have come to symbolise London - the Thames, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Landmark Place is one of London’s finest residential developments of 2016. The project rises within the City where London began, a site which has been home to leaders and innovators for centuries. Landmark Place is a building of substance: elegant, refined and entirely suited to its iconic position. A landmark in design, in location, and in London’s continuing story.

Reflecting this extraordinary lineage and location, the architecture draws inspiration from visionary architect - Le Corbusier – a genius with light and space. The development consists of two interconnected buildings, one of nine storeys and the other eleven storeys, which will appear to be wrapped in glass, allowing wide vistas of the Thames and the London skyline. Recessed balconies will provide a seamless transition between the exterior and the interior of the buildings, while the generosity of glazing will provide the widest of views in this historic setting.

The elegant, pavilion-inspired entrance sets the tone for Landmark Place. Inspired by its riverside setting and central City location, residents will be captivated by the location, view and the magnificence of beautifully crafted interiors. Living at Landmark Place will be effortless with 24-hour concierge to assist every need and secluded gardens providing moments of serenity.

HISTORY

Landmark Place is London’s original address. In around AD 43, on the riverside between Blackfriars and Tower Hill, the Romans established Londinium and Landmark Place stands on this very ground.

The development is set amongst some of London’s most iconic structures, including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The Tower of London has played a prominent role in English history, and its possession has often been important to controlling the country. Tower Bridge, which opened in 1848, was London’s first bridge to permit access for large ships as well as carriages and pedestrians to cross the Thames.

FOOD & SHOPPING

The North Bank is a treasure trove of history, luxury and culture. From ancient fables to fabulous food, today a stroll through the streets of London’s first ever postcode offers a microcosm of the whole capital, right on the river.
