HISTORY

Landmark Place is London’s original address. In around AD 43, on the riverside between Blackfriars and Tower Hill, the Romans established Londinium and Landmark Place stands on this very ground.

The development is set amongst some of London’s most iconic structures, including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The Tower of London has played a prominent role in English history, and its possession has often been important to controlling the country. Tower Bridge, which opened in 1848, was London’s first bridge to permit access for large ships as well as carriages and pedestrians to cross the Thames.
