Established over 33 years ago by the present Chairman, John Beal, Beal Homes have, over the years, built up an enviable reputation as one of the region’s top house builders.
Beal Homes is still family owned and managed by its Directors. The Managing Director is Richard Beal, who joined the company in 1987. He is supported by a very experienced team of construction and sales specialists, who are charged with providing homes to an extremely high standard and offering the home buyer professional assistance in making their move as smooth and as stress free as possible.
The many years of experience gained by the Company in operating in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire has enabled Beal Homes to fully understand the needs of the local housing market. This special knowledge has made it possible for them to select the choice locations for their developments.
The Company has grown from its early beginnings, when only a handful of homes were built each year. Beal Homes now complete up to 100 homes anually, all of which stand out for their standard of design and use of quality of materials and workmanship.
All Beal Homes’ developments are within the maximum of one hour’s travelling time from their Head Office. This allows for good communication with the site personnel and makes it possible for regular site visits to be made by the Directors who can truly offer “the Personal touch”.
