Driving directions

From Oxford Newbury Take the A34 travelling south and leave at the exit for Winchester. At the roundabout take the fourth exit onto Easton Lane, signposted Winnall Trading Estate. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Easton Lane, signposted City Centre. Continue forward for approximately 14 mile and turn left onto Winnall Manor Road. After a further 12 mile turn right onto Alresford Road B3404 then left onto Baring Road and left again onto Northbrook Avenue, the development can be found on the left hand side.

From Basingstoke Take the M3 heading south to Winchester Southampton. Leave the M3 at junction 9 and at the roundabout take the third exit onto Easton Lane, signposted Winnall Trading Estate then follow the instructions as above.

From Alton, Farnham Guildford Take the A31 over the Hogs Back towards Farnham. At the Shepherd Flock roundabout take the first exit to Alton and Winchester A31. Continue for approximately 24 miles passing over five roundabouts. At the sixth roundabout take the second exit signposted Winchester B3404. Continue forward on the Alresford Road for just over 1 12 miles. As you pass over the M3 motorway take the first left onto Quarry Road then bear right onto Northbrook Avenue. The development can be found on the right hand side.
