All windows are white UPVC double glazed.
All walls are emulsion finished and ceilings are smooth finished and coved (apart from kitchen, bathroom and ensuite).
Chrome electrical fittings to all eye level switches and sockets. Apartments are pre-wired for Sky Plus to the lounge and both bedrooms subject to subscription, have a video entry system and are pre-wired for an alarm system.
