Description
Bewley Homes take pleasure in welcoming you to Woodland Gardens, our latest superb development of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses set in the delightful village of Bloxham, Banbury.
The name Bloxham derives from The Old English Blocc’s Ham, meaning home of Blocc. Its wonderful location, nestling in the Cherwell Valley area of The Cotswolds – The Heart of England – spectacular scenery, many winding lanes and the fact that it has been designated as a conservation area, make it a very much sought after place in which to live.
Bloxham village is a very close and friendly community comprising of a post office, several shops, petrol station and no less than three
public houses. There are also a number of very good schools, Bowls Club, Football Club and Jubilee Park Hall which is ideal for meetings, events and family occasions. Local landmark, St. Mary’s Church, has a 14th century spire reputed to be the highest in Oxfordshire and pinpoints the village for miles around.
