Description

Wellington Park offers a choice of eleven different home designs, from 2 to 4 bedroom homes, so there's something to suit everybody. Traditional yet contemporary in design, there is a wide range of styles, including detached, semi-detached and terraced homes. Set near the thriving town centre of Waterlooville, this is a great place to live.

About the area
In the 20th Century Waterlooville grew rapidly - between the 1950s and the 1970s it was the fastest growing town in the country.

Today it has a bustling town centre, with plenty of major shops, supermarkets, banks, pubs and restaurants. There are good schools for all ages: six primary, three secondary and two colleges. Dukes Meadow is on the edge of town, close to the beautiful Hampshire countryside for walks and cycling.

The attractions of Portsmouth are just seven miles away. The Spinnaker Tower, the historic dockyards, the shops and attractions of Gunwharf Quay and the City Centre are all just a short drive away, and the major sporting facilities, both for spectators and participants, are too numerous to mention.
