Garrick Homes was formed in March 2003 by Richard Parr and Gary Tucker.

Between them they have over 60 years experience in residential house building during which time they have been involved in every aspect of the industry, at the highest levels, for regional, national and international house builders.

As well as being a career, they both have a passion for providing new homes of exceptional quality, and it was this passion that moved them to create Garrick Homes where they have brought their wealth of experience to bear.

Whether building apartments or luxurious detached houses, the same attention to detail, the same high specification, the same quality of construction and the same personal service is always present.

The number of new homes built each year by Garrick Homes is restricted to ensure that Richard and Gary remain personally involved. They like to meet and get to know all their buyers as they consider them to be as special as the homes that are being created for them.

Wherever possible, variations to design and specification are made to meet the dreams and aspirations of the home buyer. It is a very personal service where nothing is ever too much trouble.
