Gentoo Homes has over 14 years’ experience and expertise in property related activity ranging from regeneration and modernisation to new build schemes.

Since 2007 we have built more than 3000 new homes and are now one of the North East's most successful housing developers.

What we do
We build a range of high-quality homes throughout the North-East region from 2 bedroom bungalows to 5 bedroom luxury homes. Our house styles are all thoughtfully designed and based in carefully selected locations. We take pride in every aspect of our work and endeavour to offer all of our customers a home that exceeds their expectations and provides them with the lifestyle they desire.

We also not only develop homes for our customers but for other housing associations who like the way that we operate. Because to us, a home is more than just bricks and mortar, it’s about creating somewhere that our customers can make lifetime memories.
