- At the next mini roundabout turn right.
- Turn sharp left onto Spring Hill, the B3362 to Lamerton and Milton Abbot.
- Go past the hospital to the top of the hill.
- Turn right into St Mary Haye. At the T junction, turn left onto Old Launceston Road.
- Turn right at mini roundabout and first left into The Heights
- Manor Oaks can be found at the end of the road.
From Callington - Along the A390
- At the mini roundabout, carry straight on, the A390 becomes the B3362.
- Turn sharp left onto Spring Hill, the B3362 to Lamerton and Milton Abbot.
- Go past the hospital to the top of the hill.
- Turn right into St Mary Haye. At the T junction, turn left onto Old Launceston Road.
- Turn right at mini roundabout and first left into The Heights

From Okehampton - Along the A386
- Continue along the A386 in the direction of Plymouth.
- At Drake's statue roundabout turn right.
