About Us
Based in Cape Hill, Smethwick , KJK Homes Ltd was founded in 2002 by Kamaljit Karwal as a natural progression, having spent 15 years spent working in the construction industry.
The company started out with extensive renovation projects and conversion schemes, such as the conversion of a public house in Oldbury town centre to provide eight new apartments. In 2004, KJK Homes completed its first new build development comprising two large, luxury detached homes situated in Harborne, Birmingham, which were successfully sold off-plan.
2005 has marked the completion of KJK Homes' largest development to date, totalling £1.55million and comprising 11 converted one and two bedroom apartments. Situated in Dudley town centre, the company has now commenced work on the second phase of the development with a further 24 new apartments.
Meanwhile, the comprehensive house renovation service offered by KJK Homes has grown from strength to strength with word spreading throughout the Midlands concerning the impeccable quality standards and efficient project management. Targeting homeowners with large houses in need of modernisation, the average renovation project equates to approximately £100,000.
