We are pleased to offer a selection of homes on our Stable View development in Calverton. The site is within easy walking distance of the village centre. The village hosts a range of shops and amenities, including a Sainsbury’s Local, Post Office, leisure centre and library. Nottingham City Centre is also easily accessible by a range of methods, including a bus route directly from the village.

The Sales Centre is open 11am to 4pm Saturday to Monday.

Nestled by Woodborough and Lambley, Calverton is a village approximately 8 miles out from Nottingham City Centre. It is said to be within a couple of miles of Salterford, the supposed deserted settlement.

The village boasts a 25-minute drive to the M1, an 18-minute drive to the A46 and a 30-minute drive to Mansfield. There is also a regular bus service to Nottingham City Centre, which also passes through the popular town centres of Arnold and Sherwood.

Locally, Calverton provides a selection of amenities including some shops, restaurants and pubs as well as many open countryside spaces ideal for walks. The surrounding areas offer other facilities such as golf clubs and leisure centres as well as further shops and restaurants.
