influence from Newhall’s wider landscape context while
establishing a fully modern approach to the house designs
– open plan, light-filled houses offering flexible indoor/
outdoor living. Local bricks, timber weatherboarding and
slate tiles integrate the homes with regional vernacular
architecture, whilst the organic sculptural forms create
harmonious streetscapes: the perfect balance of tradition
and innovation.
KITCHENS
•The custom designed, fully fitted kitchens include an integrated stainless steel oven and ceramic hob, integrated washer/dryer*, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher and a telescopic extractor hood. Worktops are laminate with matching upstands.
BATHROOMS & EN SUITES

From the M25, leave at junction 27, and join the M11. Leave the M11 at junction 7. At the first roundabout take the second exit onto the A414 (signposted Hertford). Follow the signs to Newhall and take the second exit at the next roundabout, continuing on the A414.
Go straight over the next roundabout, taking the second exit. At the next, follow the roundabout right round and take the second exit onto Church Langley Way. Take the first left onto London Road and be: by Linden Homes can be found on your right hand side.
