From the A46 - leave the A46 Newark to Lincoln road at the Halfway House roundabout, sign posted Witham St. Hughs. Head south for approximately 0.4 miles and at the first round about take the 1st exit onto Warren Lane. Just after passing the school on your left, take the 2nd exit at the roundabout by the shops, onto Green Lane. After 0.2 miles turn right onto Juniper Way, proceed to the end of the road and you'll arrive at Cygnet Place.
