Overview

London Square Isleworth

Welcome to London Square Isleworth, a magnificent collection of new apartments capturing all that is best about London: the river, the history, the life.

Here you have the best of both worlds: a lively, attractive area, a stone’s throw from the shops, restaurants and transport links to the City, yet also close to the river and the leafy open spaces of Kew Gardens and nearby Richmond Park.

This is an outstanding collection of 162 one, two and three bedroom apartments, designed to maximise space and light, with off-street parking *, perfectly placed moments from Isleworth station.
Whether you’re keen to mingle in one of the many shared rooftop gardens, enjoy the peace of your own balcony or terrace, or venture out for some local life, London Square Isleworth is the place for you. Beautifully designed to complement your contemporary style, and well connected for work, rest and play.

On the Thames, on the tube and on-trend, Isleworth has charming listed properties, smart houses and gardens, with good schools, and a thriving neighbourhood scene, all present and correct. Plenty of open space and a chilled-out pace make this a perfect spot to set up home.

Local Information

Leisure Facilities

Desirable for centuries, this part of London has some of the last surviving period palaces and country homes.

Known as the ‘palace of palaces’, Osterley Park is in Isleworth itself, and is now owned by the National Trust. Another close neighbour is the Duke of Northumberland’s Syon Park. His 200-acre estate has been in the family for over 400 years. But you’re welcome to visit the house, grounds and on-site Hilton Hotel.

Just down the river, there’s another National treasure: 17th-century Ham House. And on the opposite bank, Marble Hill, a Palladian villa built for the mistress of King George II. Further down the river still is the magnificent Tudor home of Henry VIII, Hampton Court Palace. All beautiful spots for a walk and a fascinating sense of history.

STEPPING OUT

With nearby Osterley House and Syon Park estates, the stunning Kew Gardens and vast Richmond Park, there’s no shortage of outdoors to play in. The local pub, The Rising Sun is just a walk away and if you head down to the river, you’ll find The Red Lion pub is one of the best waterside spots in London. Jazz fans will love the Red Lion too, renowned for its live music events and cracking real ale.

Eating out, you’re within walking distance from a wealth of choice. Some of the best are Sizlers for Italian or Anjums for curry, while Hei Hing Café and Noodle Bar is so good you need to book. Try Syon Café for that leisurely weekend breakfast or South Street for top-notch coffee and a catch up with Rowan, the owner.

For fine dining, you’ll find Michelin-starred The Glasshouse slightly further afield in Kew, and in Richmond, renowned Italian Al Bocco Di’vino. Add into the mix Chiswick High Road, Twickenham, St Margarets and Teddington just a short distance away and you can eat a different, delicious cuisine every night of the week.

Local Shopping

Independent stores on St John’s Road, moments from the development sell everything from flowers to stationery, baked goods to bike parts, deli-fare to French-inspired furniture. There’s a cluster of shops, cafés and restaurants on South Street too.

For upmarket fashion and department stores, pop over to the chic streets of Richmond, around a 25 minute journey away. Or head to the retail-mecca that is Westfield, around half an hour from Isleworth, with its vast choice of high street and designer stores, just a short drive away. Chiswick, again around half an hour’s journey is your place to seek out stylish interiors. While day-to-day groceries can be bought at any of the numerous supermarkets in the area, from the Waitrose around 20 minutes away in Twickenham to the Tesco Express just up the road.
