Less than 3 miles from Newton Heights is the seaside village of Saundersfoot, providing many amenities and easy access to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline. Tenby is a short drive away. From the East:
Follow the A40 towards Fishguard and St Clears, at St Clears roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A477 signposted to Pembroke Dock and Tenby, keep on the A477 for the next 11.5 miles, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into the village of Kilgetty, take the first left into James Park and then your first right and you’ll see the development in front of you.

From the North:
At the Penblewin roundabout on the A40 take the A478 signposted for Narberth, continue on this round which will bring you through the town on Narberth, keep left when you reach the bottom of Market Street, signposted Tenby, and continue on this road for approximately 5 miles. At the roundabout take the 1st left into the village of Kilgetty and then your first left into James Park, take your first right and you will see the development in front of you.
