Description
With its generous open space and abundance of mature trees providing a sense of containment, Claremont creates a sense of belonging that few contemporary developments can come close to equalling.
It also has a unique blend of traditional and modern, in the restored splendour of the Grade II listed former girls' school that provides its focal point and in the sympathetically designed new townhouses that accompany it.
Inside, though, 'classical' gives way to the very best that modern design has to offer. Apartment or townhouse, clean lines and thoughtful features mix with a level of functionality and practicality that today's living demands.
The distinctive, strong style of the neo-classical with all the benefits and convenience of a newbuild interior make Claremont the perfect place for those looking for an investment, their first property or for the opportunity to downsize

About Morris Homes Ltd
About Morris Homes
Morris is one of the country’s largest privately owned house builders. Based in Cheshire, we provide new homes across the North West, Midlands and South of England.
Over 90% of our development takes place on previously used brownfield sites, transforming existing buildings and disused land into well-designed, energy-efficient housing developments that meet local needs.
Established in the 1960s, our continued expansion has driven the group’s turnover to almost £250m.
The diversity of schemes we develop reflects our breadth of experience, ranging from small sites to large-scale mixed-use urban villages requiring master planning.
This variety means we have a wide range of skills to tackle even the most complex schemes, dealing successfully with affordable housing, community investment, sustainability and the safeguarding of local ecology systems.
Decades of experience have earned Morris a reputation as a responsible and professional development partner in the regeneration of local areas, providing sustainable communities where our customers are proud to live.
We pride ourselves on combining exceptional build quality, high specification, good design and energy efficiency with first rate customer care. This allows you to choose from a wide range of highly-regarded homes all of which offer value for money and, most importantly, peace of mind.
We are one of the largest independent housebuilders in the country. Our size and status mean we are large enough to offer a diverse range of new homes and acquire highly sought after land yet small enough to maintain our focus on creating individual developments which are appropriate to their specific location.
Wherever possible we purchase sites with a mature feel, and design around existing trees and features. We invest heavily in additional landscaping and are a consistent winner in the Daily Mail Green Leaf Awards.
Morris was the first housebuilder in the UK to comply with SAP 80+, the Government's accreditation for scheme energy efficiency. This was across all of its developments and all its house designs. We continue with our long-standing commitment to energy efficiency and have secured a What House? Award for Best Energy Efficient Development.
