Over 90% of our development takes place on previously used brownfield sites, transforming existing buildings and disused land into well-designed, energy-efficient housing developments that meet local needs.

Established in the 1960s, our continued expansion has driven the group’s turnover to almost £250m.

Morris was the first housebuilder in the UK to comply with SAP 80+, the Government's accreditation for scheme energy efficiency. This was across all of its developments and all its house designs. We continue with our long-standing commitment to energy efficiency and have secured a What House? Award for Best Energy Efficient Development.
