From Perranporth
Head south from Perranporth using the B3285. Enter St. Agnes using the B3285. Follow the B3285 onto British Road and around the one-way system. At the T-junction turn right on to the B3277. Drive to the centre of the village, after the St Agnes Hotel and turn left on to Trevaunance Road. After 480 metres turn right on to the unmarked road. Our Newdowns development site is located 800 metres along this road on the left hand side.

From Porthtowan
Head North from Porthtowan using Coast Road. Turn left onto the B3285 (Penwinnick Road). Remain on this road until you enter St Agnes village. Drive to the centre of the village, after the St Agnes Hotel and turn left on to Trevaunance Road. After 480 metres turn right on to the unmarked road.
