It¿s a quick three-mile trip into the town centre. Grange Paddocks is just off the London Road ¿ a direct route with a good public bus service taking about 30 minutes. Colchester¿s range of high street stores includes a Fenwick¿s Department store. There¿s a theatre, multi-screen cinema, bars and restaurants. Add the castle and the lovely castle park gardens and you¿ve got a hometown full of options.
Children will love a visit to Colchester Zoo - right on your doorstep in Stanway, it's one of the best zoos in Europe.
