From Exeter, head west on A38 towards Torquay/Plymouth. At the Westover junction take exit marked B3213 towards Ivybridge. Once you reach the T-junction, turn right and then, after 400ft, take another right on to the B3213 towards Ivybridge. At the roundabout take the first exit on to Cornwood Road, and continue for half a mile until you see the Persimmon Homes marketing suite, clearly labelled, with a car park for you to park in.
