Habrough Fields by Peter Ward Homes, Habrough Road,

Habrough Fields is one of North East Lincolnshire’s most important housing schemes for more than a decade.

Here, Peter Ward Homes is building a range of 3 and 4 bedroom houses within a short drive of the Humber Bank’s major employers while at the same time providing a discreet link between the port of Immingham and the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.

More information

Habrough Fields is located between Immingham, a busy small town, and Habrough, a delightful Lincolnshire village. Built in open countryside, with views over the Lincolnshire Wolds, Habrough Fields offers a semi-rural location. Immingham is now one of the biggest UK ports but all this activity is well to the north of the site along with other manufacturing and warehousing.

Transport links

Located in Immingham in North East Lincolnshire and very close to the village of Habrough itself, Habrough Fields is perfectly located. Just 8 miles to Grimsby and 10 miles from the coastal resort of Cleethorpes. The A180 dual carriageway, which changes to the M180, is just 3 miles away giving access to the region’s major towns and cities including Scunthorpe, Doncaster and Lincoln and via the Humber Bridge to Hull. The M180 feeds into the M18 and the national motorway network, giving access to all parts of the country. Habrough station is just one and a half miles away and there are regular services East and West which link up at Doncaster to the East Coast main line and the rest of the country’s rail system. The region is serviced by two airports, Humberside and Robin Hood, both are close and offer low cost destinations and charter flights. All this shows that Habrough Fields is an ideal location for those who want to live and work locally as well as those who need to work across the region and beyond.

Habrough Fields

Peter Ward Homes is one of the North’s best known and most respected independent house builders. Established 30 years ago, the company has built its reputation on a combination of traditional style, modern features and realistic prices.

In those 30 years, we have built 2,000 homes throughout the East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire region, concentrating on the key ‘county towns’ of Goole, Beverley, Driffield, Hornsea and Immingham, as opposed to the larger urban centres.

We build a wide range of homes – 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, semi-detached, detached, town houses and even bungalows – always working to our Seven Point Plan:

• providing a classic, tasteful and functional design and a home to aspire to
• offering the support of a substantial, well-resourced regional builder
• giving value for money throughout the price range
• adopting a superb Build Quality that customers expect
• providing After Sales Care as soon as you move in
• proud of our record to date
• and finally, all our developments are designed to enhance the location and
protect and improve the environment

Our work has been rewarded by a string of industry accolades. We have featured strongly in the British Housebuilder of the Year Awards, having won awards in 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2004, 2006 and 2007 and we remain the only winner in our region of the coveted Gold Award for being the number one builder of our size in the United Kingdom.
