Studley is a large village and civil parish in the Stratford-on-Avon district of Warwickshire with a population of approximately 6,600. Known for the sewing needle and surgical needle making industry, Studley has plenty of history including the Roman road “Rykneild Way” (A435) passing through the heart of the village. The surrounding area also contains landmarks, such as Studley Castle, Coughton Court and the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary all within a mile or two.

Records for this site date back to 1887 where it was used as farmland, then in 1905 a Liberal club and a factory were constructed with some residential buildings. The historical records for 1938 indicate that the building had been extended to accommodate a cinema. In 1970 more buildings had been constructed to accommodate business premises, the buildings had been extended by 1989, from which time it has been utilised as a business park, until the redevelopment commenced this year.
