From the North / East: From junction 20 of the A12, take the B1019, following signs for Maldon. At Langford take the 2nd exit off the roundabout, onto Heybridge Approach. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the Maldon Bypass, and then exit left at the next roundabout, onto The Causeway. Follow The Causeway to the next roundabout, and take the 2nd exit for Heybridge Street. Hall Road is the first turning on the right. You'll find The Lakes at the bottom of Hall Road.
From the South / West: From junction 18 of the A12, travel along the A414 towards Maldon. Continue along the A414 as it becomes the Maldon Bypass, following signs for Heybridge. At the end of the Bypass take the first exit off the roundabout onto the Causeway. Follow The Causeway to the next roundabout, and take the 2nd exit for Heybridge Street. Hall Road is the first turning on the right. You'll find The Lakes at the bottom of Hall Road.
