Boston Spa has a strong sense of community spirit and plays host to a number of sports and social activities including bowling, badminton and tennis clubs. It is also home to Boston Spa Hockey Club and Boston Spartans FC. The village also plays host to an annual Beer festival with its fantastic selection of real ales. Nearby Tadcaster has both a public swimming pool and a leisure centre. Golf can be found at Wetherby Golf Course or Scarthingwell Golf Course. Horse racing enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice, with York, Wetherby and Pontefract all within easy reach.

Walkers will love the development, with the 70 mile Ebor-Waylong distance footpath passing close by and following

Driving directions

From the A1(M)
Leave at junction 45 and follow signs for the A659 through Boston Spa. On leaving the village of Boston Spa, the development is situated approximately a mile out on the left hand side.

From A64 York / Leeds
Leave the A64 at the main Tadcaster exit (A162) and follow the signs through the town to leave to the North on the A659 Wetherby Road. After approx two miles you will pass signs to Newton Kyme on the right. The development is a further half mile ahead on the right just off the A659.
