Woodbridge, Frimley comprises 10 luxurious converted apartments in a beautiful Grade II listed Edwardian building along with 10 stylish, new family homes and 14 desirable new apartments created within mature, landscaped grounds.

This new development occupies the site of the former Frimley Children’s Centre on Church Road which was once Frimley’s Cottage Hospital. Frimley Cottage Hospital, founded by Arthur Pain, was opened on the current site in 1908 by Prince Christian of Schleswig- Holstein, a Danish-born German prince who became a member of the British Royal family by marriage to Princess Helena, the fifth child of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. In 1912, the first stage of the hospital’s expansion commenced with the creation of two side wings with verandas, designed by HR and BA Poulter, architects who were well-known for their work in the Frimley area.

Constructed in the first decade of the twentieth century, the original red-brick hospital building still boasts an abundance of character and a wealth of period features. One of the hallmarks of Woodbridge homes is the careful attention to detail invested in each and every property and this is very much in evidence at this outstanding new development. Whichever type of home you choose, you can be sure that it has been designed, built and finished to the very highest standards.
