Transport links

Beautiful Dartmoor National Park is nearby, while the coast and beaches at Exmouth are just 10 miles away.

There are many fitness centres in the city centre with ranges of activities to suit everyone.
On Exe Bridges there is Riverside Leisure Centre which is complete with gym and swimming pool.
The Pyramids are situated on Heavitree Road, which also has a gym and swimming pool. This leisure centre is part of a group you can have a membership with, which means you are able to join one and have the choice of going to any of 3!
The new David Lloyd tennis centre at the Exeter Chiefs Rugby ground is opening soon!

From M5 East and West
Leave M5 at Junction 29 and at the traffic signals turn right, signposted Exeter (A3015).
At Moor Lane roundabout take the third exit, signposted Exeter Business Park.
Continue straight over the next two roundabouts.
At the next junction turn right towards Pinhoe and after approximately 0.4 miles, at the mini roundabout, turn left into Church Hill.
Take the next left in to Harrington Lane and after a further 0.3 miles turn left into Chancel Lane.
The development will be found on your left hand side after approximately 0.2 miles.
From the City Centre
From the roundabout at the bottom of Paris Street, take the 2nd exit onto Western Way, B3212, signposted Pinhoe and Broadclyst.
At the next roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Blackboy Road, B3212.
Continue along Blackboy Road/Pinhoe Road, B3212.
At the traffic lights, turn left onto Pinhoe Road.
At the new traffic lights, bear left towards Pinhoe.
Continue into Pinhoe, then at the mini roundabout turn left into Church Hill, then left again into Harrington Lane.
Continue along Harrington Lane, then take the 3rd left into Chancel Lane.
Chancel Park will be found approximately 100m on the left.
