Description
Diglis Water lies to the south of Worcester city centre, on the east bank of the River Severn. This is a fabulous waterside location, creating a whole new environment for living and working in a modern world, and with many phases completed and some still to come, Diglis Water has changed the face of the banks of the River Severn.
Diglis Water features a selection of 3 bedroom townhouses and 1, 2 & 3 bed riverside apartments & penthouses with balconies or terraces. The properties are built to reflect the surrounding area, with waterside living a central theme, so you'll find touches of colour among the properties, and areas of decking, to really give the area a really nautical feel.
About the area
It really will be an enviable lifestyle for those fortunate enough to live here. Just imagine homes designed in keeping with the area's heritage, tree-lined vistas leading down to the water, views over the river to Worcester and its fine cathedral beyond, green open spaces with professional landscaping and upkeep, mooring facilities in the basins. And adding to Diglis Water's allure will be new facilities like shops, restaurants, community centre and a gym.
Just a few minutes walk away from this new development is the vibrant city centre of historic Worcester. Here you can shop at a wide range of popular high street stores and smaller, chic independent outlets before dropping into your choice of welcoming bar or restaurant. Indeed, Worcester boasts more leisure, sporting and entertainment facilities than you could shake a baton at. These range from a theatre, cinemas and museums to leisure centres, race course and the county cricket ground.
