Take the M56 towards North Wales, Chester and Runcorn. Exit at junction 12 the A557 towards Frodsham, Runcorn and Widnes. At the island, take the right turn and continue along the A557 Weston Point Expressway, which becomes the A533 Bridgewater Expressway, for 4 miles, then take the left turn onto Leiria Way towards the town centre. At the traffic lights turn right onto High Street, the B5155, then left onto Mersey Road. The development is situated on the right hand side.
